Every rewire is priced per property. The cost depends on the number of circuits, the size and age of the house, accessibility, and whether it includes a consumer unit upgrade. We give a fixed written quote after a free on-site survey, never a phone guess.
Yes. Since April 2021, all landlords in England must have a valid EICR before new tenancies and at least every 5 years.
Yes. We carry £2 million public liability insurance and all our work is guaranteed. We're also NAPIT approved and TrustMark endorsed.
We aim to respond to all emergency callouts within 2 hours across our Mid Somerset coverage area.
