• gmail.readonly — to read inbox messages so we can identify customer enquiries and supplier invoices
• gmail.send — to send replies, quotes and invoices from our company address
• gmail.modify — to label, archive and triage emails (without permanent deletion)

What we do NOT do with Google data:

• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties
• We do not use Google user data for advertising
• We do not use Google user data to train any machine-learning model
• We do not retain Google user data beyond what is needed to operate the feature you are using

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
