Callout fees start from £120 in-hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm), from £180 evenings and Saturdays, from £240 overnight and Sundays. Bank holidays at overnight rate. Labour from £65/hr in-hours and from £95/hr out-of-hours. Every job is priced after the call — total depends on time on site, parts and travel. Contract clients pay lower rates — ask us about priority contracts.

Who we cover
Out-of-hours electrical faults hit the people least equipped to handle them. Here's who we look after.
Tenant calls at 11pm, no lights, consumer unit tripped. We attend, diagnose, photograph, fix — then send you an itemised report and invoice the same day. Full audit trail.
We're on the approved contractor list for several Mid Somerset agencies. Single point of contact, transparent pricing, 24-hour response and property-specific notes retained for next time.
Offices, hotels, restaurants, care homes. Power failure at 6am service — we restore supply, make safe, file a written report that stands up to insurer and HSE scrutiny.
Straightforward, honest response. We won't oversell, won't gouge out-of-hours, won't tell you the whole board needs ripping out if a £12 MCB will do the job.
