We'll diagnose that quickly with loop impedance testing. If it's a DNO fault (supply failure from the grid), we'll confirm it, help you report it to Western Power / National Grid, and make your installation safe. You still pay the callout fee for attendance, but there's no repair cost on a supply-side fault.
