from £4,500 + VATComplete rewire designed around your new layout — sockets, circuits and containment planned to the renovated floor plan, not the old one. First fix coordinated with your builder while walls and floors are open.
Consumer Unit
from £750 + VATA new board sized for the finished house — rewire, EV, garden, outbuildings and future circuits all allowed for from day one. RCBO protection throughout, fully tested and certified.
Lighting Design & Downlights
downlights from £35 per fitting + VATA proper lighting scheme for the whole project — layered kitchen lighting, fire-rated LED downlights, pendants, dimming and garden lighting, designed room by room in the 3D planner.
EV Charger
from £850 + VATDedicated 32A circuit on a Type A RCBO, cable route planned before the driveway or landscaping goes in. DNO notification handled, full BS 7671 certification.
Smart Home
