We don't ask for or store any reviewer details ourselves. Reviews live publicly on Google, TrustMark or Checkatrade under your platform account — we just read them like everyone else. We don't offer discounts, vouchers or any incentive in exchange for a review (the CMA rightly bans that). All we'd like is your honest take.
