Full House Rewire
Every rewire is priced after we’ve walked the house. Most full house rewires are £7,000 or more plus VAT, and larger or listed houses more. Partial rewires are priced the same way, after a survey. The quote includes the new consumer unit, all circuits, testing and certification.

Worked examples (all + VAT). 2-bed flat with 5 circuits = £150. 3-bed semi with 8 circuits = £240. 4-bed detached with 12 circuits = £360. Small commercial unit with 12 three-phase circuits = £480.
